IFYS is a leading community service provider offering a range of support and intervention programs for vulnerable children, young people and families.

The Recruitment Administrator role is an integral member of the People and Culture Team. Reporting to the Recruitment Officer, this is a fast paced role with responsibility for:

  • Ensure recruitment and employee file documentation is consistently maintained and up to date
  • Undertake recruitment tasks as directed, including:

-Advertising vacant positions;

-Preparing recruitment documentation;

-Shortlisting to interview stage;

-Interview coordination;

-Conducting reference checks;

-Conducting police checks where necessary;

-Maintaining candidate care;

-Maintaining recruitment data base; and

  • Assist in and contribute to other areas of IFYS People and Culture team
  • Assist in preparing targeted interview questions for vacant positions
  • Provide ongoing advise to the organisation on recruitment matters and staff

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
  • The proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to write creative and tailored job advertisements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to effectively build and maintain key business relationships
